HORECA Sales Executive
Role Overview
Drive business growth in the food service sector — build relationships with hotels, restaurants and institutional clients to grow our HORECA premix and ingredient business.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new HORECA clients in your territory
- Build relationships with chefs, F&B managers and procurement
- Conduct product demos and tasting sessions
- Achieve sales targets and grow market share
- Provide market intel and competitor analysis
- Coordinate with operations for timely fulfilment
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Business, Marketing or related field
- 2–5 years sales experience in HORECA or food industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Network in hotels/restaurants/food service (preferred)
- Self-motivated, willing to travel
Digital Marketing Specialist
Role Overview
Own AgriEssence's digital presence — campaigns, content, analytics, lead nurturing. B2B and B2C audiences across India and export markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns
- Manage social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube)
- Content production — graphics, video, blog posts
- SEO and SEM for organic and paid growth
- Email marketing and lead nurturing
- Performance analysis and optimisation
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications or related
- 2–4 years digital marketing experience (B2B preferred)
- Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4 hands-on
- Content production (copy + basic design)
- SEO, email automation tools
- Adobe Creative Suite or Canva (preferred)
